Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Sonvelo service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the business account holder) and Boxi Marketing LLC ("Sonvelo", "we", "us").

2. The Service

Sonvelo provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, captures leads, and transfers to human agents on your behalf. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans billed monthly.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep it current.
• One account per business. Team members may be added under your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sonvelo to:

• Make or facilitate unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive calls
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, or any applicable telemarketing laws
• Record calls in jurisdictions where all-party consent is required without obtaining such consent
• Impersonate a human agent without disclosure when required by law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure
• Resell or white-label the service without explicit written authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed at signup and on your billing page.
• Usage limits (call minutes) are enforced per billing period. Overages are not automatically charged — calls are gracefully declined when the limit is reached.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card data.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. No refunds for unused minutes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted, except where longer retention is required by law (see Privacy Policy §5). There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment period.

7. Intellectual Property

Sonvelo retains all rights to the service, software, and AI models. You retain ownership of the content you provide (business information, knowledge base articles, call recordings from your customers). You grant Sonvelo a limited license to use that content solely to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE AI WILL PERFORM CORRECTLY IN ALL SITUATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONVELO'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sonvelo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right — including telemarketing and call recording laws in your jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept material changes, you may cancel before the effective date for a prorated refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
